Basically any foods that contain a lot of fiber can make you poop and make your poop more solid.
Some of those foods that are high in fiber and can make your poop solid are, beans, fruit, skins of fruit, potatoes and potato skins, french fries, whole grain cereal, wheat bran cereal and whole wheat cereal can make your poop solid.
Other foods that make your poop solid are spinach, Broccoli and even Brown rice as well as a whole lot of other foods that are too many for me to list.
