Outsourcing a call center to another country can save the company 15%.

In the USA a call center agent will cost his/her employer around $30.00 per hour.

A level one Tech Support Agent that works in Dallas Texas cost the employer $30.00 per hour and if the call center is outsourced that same Tech would cost the employer only $25.00 per hour which like I said above is 15% less than the USA based call center agent.

Now not every call center agent earns $30.00 per hour so you would take the call center agents salary and shave 15% off the amount they earn to get the savings.

A call center? It shouldn't be that expensive although I can't say for sure. Frankly speaking, I've dealt only with software development outsourcing companies. By this link, you can find a list of some reliable ones. Maybe, you'll use them.
