If your washer fluid reservoir has windshield washing fluid in it and it's not coming out when you turn the washer fluid switch on then make sure that your washer fluid pump is actually turning on.
If the washer fluid pump is turning on but you're still not getting any washer fluid coming out and spraying the windshield then your windshield washer nozzles that the washer fluid spray out of could be clogged or the hose itself could be clogged.
Open the hood and locate the washer fluid reservoir and remove the hose from the reservoir and take an air hose and blow through the nozzles near the windshield which will blow any debris out of the nozzle and line.
If your washer fluid pump is not coming on then check the fuse to see if the fuse to the washer fluid pump has blown and if so replace it with an identical fuse.
