The Keratosis Pilaris should start to fade and go away before reaching age 30 years old and after age 30 you shouldn't get Keratosis Pilaris or at least you shouldn't get it as bad as before.

You can use apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball to get rid of your Keratosis Pilaris.

Apply apple cider vinegar at least twice per day for up to a week or until it's gone.

The apple cider vinegar will kill the virus causing the Keratosis Pilaris.
