Genital Warts do not spread from coming into contact with toilet seats or other hard surfaces since the virus that causes genital warts does not live on hard surfaces and you can't get genital warts from sharing clothes either.
Genital warts can be spread through sex, kissing or other skin to skin contact with a person who has genital warts.
