We want to expand, but our office is small and there is no room for new employees. I was recommended Outstaffing, the addition of remote specialists to the in-house team. This is the first time I've heard of it. Please share your opinion. Is it better to use Outstaffing or move to a bigger office and hire new employees? I will be glad to hear from everyone.

I had never heard or read that term, taking into account that it works exclusively for these cases, I find it extremely useful, I deduce that by searching Google for this type of service, several companies that offer Outstaffing should appear

Hello. Of course it is more profitable to choose Outstaffing. You will save on the rent of the premises at least. It's very convenient. The only thing is that you will have to look for really good employees for a long time. But you can conduct interviews in your office, and then hire a person who will work remotely. As far as I'm concerned, it's a very good idea.

Yes , your decision is good. Outstaffing involves augmenting your in-house team with remote specialists. They are officially employed by a provider agency but solely dedicated to your specific project. Many companies provide you these services,  you should visit any of them and select best one.
