To tell if your TV has a hidden camera start by carefully looking around the front and back of the TV.
Look for any small lenses or holes and look around the edges and corners.
Some models of TVs may have a camera but not all TVs have cameras.
It's possible that someone had installed a hidden camera inside your TV and it could be spying on you but it's very unlikely.
If you've bought a TV and it does have a camera built in the camera is not being viewed by anyone unless the TV was hacked.
The TV manufacturers are not spying on you.
If the TV does have a built in camera it should also have a microphone which would be a pinhole sized slot next to the camera.
The TV that has a built in camera should also have the settings for the built in camera in the TV itself so you can go through the TV settings and look for a camera and microphone option.
Your TV will also have a small lens looking thing which is the infrared sensor for the remote and is not a camera.
But if you notice any other things that look like a lens then your TV could have a camera.
A small black lens on the TV is typically where a camera would be located.
