Is it better to sit or lay down with lower back pain?

With lower back pain it's better to lay down instead of sit.

Laying down with lower back pain is better as it places less pressure on your spine and also allows the muscles to relax and provides for more relief.

Although laying down too long can cause stiffness so you should lay down and sit during the day and move around as much as possible as well.
