I've had a doctor one time tell me that you can't get lightheadedness from high blood pressure but that in my opinion is false.

I notice that whenever I do get high blood pressure I start feeling dizzy as well as light headed. And my research online as well as information from another doctor confirms that you can get lightheaded from high blood pressure.

When your blood pressure is high you might also feel a pounding feeling in your head and/or chest and you might feel dizzy.

When your blood pressure is high your heart is having a hard time pumping and circulating your blood and it's not a good thing.
