I've read online before that dizziness is not a side effect of high blood pressure but I know from personal experience that having high blood can result in dizziness because whenever my blood pressure rises I do get dizzy during that time and then I'm no longer dizzy once my blood pressure goes back to normal.
However having dizziness as well as loss of coordination and trouble walking are signs that a stroke may be coming on.
When you have high blood pressure you may also experience a pounding in the head and maybe feel chest tightness as well.
If your blood pressure gets too high you need to seek medical attention since high blood pressure can lead to heart disease, stroke, and heart attacks if left untreated.
