You can eat avocado on an elimination diet.

You cannot and should not take any vitamins when on an elimination diet as it can be counter productive to the elimination diet.

In order to have great results with the elimination diet you should avoid any herbs, vitamins and over the counter medications.

However you should still take any prescription medications as needed while on the elimination diet.

You can eat sweet potatoes on an elimination diet as well as red beats, radishes, peppers, regular potatoes, orange carrots, orange pepper, winter squash, yams, yellow summer squash, yellow peppers, white onion and even garlic.

You can eat rice on an elimination diet including brown rice and you can also eat millet, buckwheat and quinoa.

It is okay to eat chicken on the elimination diet as long as you are not sensitive to chicken.
