Your plants will likely last and survive 2 weeks without water as long as you water them good enough before leave them for 2 weeks.

Some plants such as succulents and cacti are more drought tolerant than others and can survive 2 weeks and sometimes longer without water.

However many houseplants will start to wilt and suffer if left unwatered for too long.

It all depends on the type of plants you have on whether or not they will be okay without water for 2 weeks.

I've left some of my houseplants and outdoor plants without water for a couple of weeks and they've been fine but I've watered them before I left.

If the plants are outdoors you may also be able to get a neighbor to come over and water them while you're away.

Or if indoors and you have someone you trust including a family member they could come in and water them for you.

But as long as you water the plants before you leave them alone for 2 weeks they should be fine but some are less fine without water for 2 weeks than others.

Hot, sunny and dry conditions will also cause the plants to dry out faster and mean they require watering more often.

Cacti and succulents can often go for weeks without any water as they have the ability to store moisture in their stems and leaves.
