Drinking Green Tea helps you lose weight and belly fat by increasing your metabolism and fat burning.

Although Green Tea can help you lose weight and Belly fat it only helps somewhat and not to a great extent.

You still need to eat healthy,exercise, cut your carbs down and eat more protein if you want to lose belly fat and weight.

But every effort no matter how small adds up and helps you to lose weight and belly fat faster.
