Is it better to take vitamin D at night or in the morning?

Since taking Vitamin D at night can interfere with a persons sleep it's recommended and much better to take Vitamin D supplements in the morning so it won't affect your sleep at night.

Getting a good amount of sleep at night is very important to your health and well being so if you have trouble sleeping at night you should take the Vitamin D in the morning instead.
