I seen a boy wearing diapers at 10 yr old. His parents decided to not potty trained him and I give them totally for doing that.

So yeah, age 4 is perfect for a boy wearing diapers. Just don't potty trained him

Better to avoid wear diapers for 4 years old child, because it may causes several issues near butts and reproductive organ. So please avoid wearing diapers, it may be good for your child health.

It's not really normal for a 4 year old to still wear diapers during the day at least.

However it is normal for a 4 year old to still wear diapers at night as a 4 year old is most likely to be wetting the bed and still need a diaper until they stay dry.

Most 4 year old kids are potty trained during the day and no longer wear diapers but there are some 4 year olds that are still in diapers and not potty trained yet.

If the 4 year old is not showing interest in the potty by age 4 years and 6 months then you should talk to the 4 year olds pediatrician and start encouraging the potty more.

Some kids will normally and naturally just decide to use the toilet and stop wearing diapers but not all kids will do that.

If your 4 year old still needs diapers then they should wear the diapers until they can stay dry and are using the potty.

But the 4 year old needs to be potty trained and out of diapers before they start Kindergarten.

It is generally expected that most children are potty trained and no longer wear diapers by the age of 4. However, each child develops at their own pace, and some may take longer to achieve this milestone. If you have concerns, it's a good idea to consult with a pediatrician for guidance.
