Taking probiotics, drinking herbal teas, rice water or taking glutamine supplements can also help stop diarrhea fast.

The bland low fiber and starchy diet foods include toast, rice, applesauce, bananas help to bind the poop to stop the diarrhea.

You should see a doctor if you have diarrhea for 3 days or longer and it has not began going away.
