Meloxicam 15 mg should make you feel better with less pain after a few days or so but you may also have some side effects which can make you feel nauseous, stomach upset, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

15 mg of meloxicam does not make you sleep as it's not a reported side effect of meloxicam.

Meloxicam does sometimes make you pee at night as Meloxicam can cause badder symptoms such as blood in urine, painful urination and even frequent urination.

However if you do start peeing more at night or during the day or experiencing any of the above symptoms while taking meloxicam then you should stop taking it and talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
