The best painkiller for a toothache is Red Cross Toothache medicine which kills the toothache pain within seconds of applying it to the affected tooth.

Advil, Aspirin or Ibuprofen can also help get rid of a toothache.

Teabags and even ice can help to get rid of a toothache.

Using some red cross tooth ache medicine is also a fast way of getting rid of a toothache.

Tea Bags are good for easing toothaches.

You can use either a warm or hot tea bag or use a cold tea bag that you place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes after making tea or getting the tea bag wet.

It's best to use peppermint tea bags as the peppermint tea bag has much better healing properties for the toothache but any tea bag will work.

Just take a warm or cold tea bag and then place it between the teeth that are hurting and leave it there for a few minutes.

You might gag at first but after awhile it will get easier to keep the tea bag in your mouth.

But if you start gagging then remove it and then place it back in.

You can also suck on ice cubes, gargle with apple cider vinegar or gargle with warm salt water to help ease the toothache.

Or apply some numbing agents to the toothache such as Orajel.

Gargling with hydrogen peroxide also helps ease a toothache and kill bacteria and germs in your mouth.

If the toothache persists you should see a dentist because tooth infections can sometimes lead to more serious health issues.
