You can get rid of ants in your kitchen or anywhere else by making some ant spray out of White Vinegar, Water and some essential oils.
Mix equal parts of water with equal parts of white vinegar into a spray bottle and then add about 5 or 6 drops of any essential oil to the water and vinegar and then shake the spray bottle up to mix the ingredients together.
Then spray the vinegar water and essential oil solution onto the ants and it will kill them. Also spray around any entry points too to kill ants that may be coming into the house.
Another good home remedy for getting rid of ants in your kitchen is to mix equal parts of baking soda or bakers yeast with some sugar and place the homemade ant bait into something such as a bottle cap or milk jug cap or anything else that is shallow enough for the ants to get to the bait.
Sugar will attract the ants to the bait and either the yeast or the baking soda will kill the ants by swelling up their insides.
You can use either baking soda or bakers yeast as either one will work to kill the ants.
Using bakers yeast outside around ant piles can get rid of ants as well.
If you have any ants outside pour some bakers yeast down the holes of the ant piles or sprinkle bakers yeast onto the ant piles and when the ants eat the bakers yeast they'll go back to their nest and once again die because the bakers yeast will swell out their insides.
Ants can't digest bakers yeast or baking soda like humans can so it's very effective natural home remedy for getting rid of and killing ants.
