A psychopath is worse and more dangerous than a sociopath as a psychopath is a person who is more dangerous like a serial killer.

A sociopath is used to define an unscrupulous person.

The difference between a sociopath vs a psychopath are psychopaths are classified as people who have little or no conscience but are able to follow social conventions when it suits their needs.

Sociopaths on the other hand have a limited, albeit weak, ability to feel empathy and remorse.

Psychopaths are worse than sociopaths as psychopaths are more dangerous than sociopaths because psychopaths show no remorse for their actions because of their lack of empathy for others.

The main difference between the narcissist and the sociopath or psychopath is that the narcissist may experience or learn to experience some remorse and eventually some empathy for actions that hurt others and his maltreatment is verbal not physically aggressive or violent.

While male narcissists might be more outwardly recognizable, female narcissists do exist.

They tend to be more manipulative socially and can be just as vindictive as a male narcissist.
