Lost electrolytes in your body can be replaced by foods that are high in electrolytes.
Foods that you can eat that are high in electrolytes are potatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes, bananas and raisins.
You can also replace lost electrolytes in your body by drinking some Pedialyte when you need too.
Pedialyte can be drank by both kids and adults and I keep some around my house during the flu season when I'm sick and need to keep my electrolytes balanced in my body.
