The Hantavirus which is a disease carried by mice through their urine and feces can take up to 2 to 4 weeks for symptoms of the Hantavirus to appear once a person is infected by it.
The Symptoms of Hantavirus are, flu like symptoms with a fever that can be as high as 101 F or higher, lower back pain, Vomiting, Nausea, Joint Pain, Abdominal Pain and headaches.

You may have to spend time in the ICU depending on how severe the symptoms are but you do need to seek medical attention as soon as possible.
