Losing blood makes you look pale as less blood flow to the skin means the skin is not getting enough oxygen and nutrients it requires.

Pale skin can also be a sign that you have a shortage of your normal red blood cells which is known as anemia which means that less oxygen is delivered to the body.

The anemia condition can be a result of blood loss, blood cancer, leukemia or a nutritional deficiency.

Most of the time, nearly all red blood cells in the arteries carry a full supply of oxygen.

These blood cells are bright red and the skin is pinkish or red.

Blood that has lost its oxygen is dark bluish-red.

People whose blood is low in oxygen tend to have a bluish color to their skin.

Low blood pressure can cause pale face as the low blood pressure prevents the skin from getting enough oxygen and nutrients so the face and other parts of the skin could turn pale.

Skin signs of low blood pressure are cold and sweaty skin, pale skin and or a blue skin tone because the skin is not getting enough oxygen rich blood.

Other signs of low blood pressure are rapid breathing and a weak or rapid pulse and if your blood pressure does drop too low then your body's vital organs won't get enough oxygen and nutrients and when that happens the low blood pressure can lead to shock and requires immediate medical attention.

The signs of having low blood pressure include fainting, confusion, feeling weak, blurred vision, feeling sick, dizziness and lightheadedness.

Lack of concentration and cold and clammy, pale skin and nausea, unusual thirst and dehydration are also signs of low blood pressure.

Hypotension is abnormally low blood pressure (lower than 90/60 mm Hg).

If your blood pressure gets too low, it can cause dizziness, fainting or death.

Low blood pressure is not a condition that is usually treated except if it occurs in the elderly or occurs suddenly.

Having low blood pressure can cause a stroke as well as a heart attack because when you have a drop in blood pressure it means not enough oxygen rich blood is getting to your brain and other vital organs which is what leads to a stroke or heart attack.

The 10 signs of having low blood pressure are.

Fainting.
Dehydration.
Dizziness and lightheadedness.
Nausea.
Weak and rapid pulse.
Rapid and shallow breathing.
Decrease in skin coloration.
Cold Clammy Skin.

Adult (41–60 years)    110–145    70–90

Older adult (61 and older)    95–145    70–90

Normal blood pressure for young people and sometimes older people is (<120/80 mm Hg) although it can vary.

The time of the day that your blood pressure is the highest is 12:00 PM which is midday.

During the evening your blood pressure lowers and at night when sleeping your blood pressure lowers then by morning your blood pressure starts to rise again and gets at it's highest by 12:00 PM or midday.
