Yes Spinal Injuries can cause urinary incontinence and other bladder problems.

The nerves in the spinal cord send signals and communicate from your brain to your bladder and when those nerves are damaged through the spinal cord injury the brain can't communicate properly with your bladder and can cause and lead to urinary incontinence.
