I been taking to 13 yr old, 6-7 years years ago his Mom had all she can take with his accidents day and Night. Saturday evening, I told him to pour Apple Juice I'm his pull-ups, he would tell his Mom he wet which she would let him change, he would use the toilet and change into another pull-up. We wasn't expecting her to walk in on him.

Anyways, because of him wetting himself and soiling himself, is his chances being totally incontinent greater then before?

I'm not a school nurse or a doctor but my mother is a doctor and I asked her this question.

She said that if he's simply wetting himself and soiling himself then he won't become incontinent just from the fact of wetting or soiling himself

However if he continues to just let go of his pee without holding it then he could eventually weaken his bladder muscles which could lead to some form of incontinence.

However it's unlikely that he would lose full control of his bladder from just peeing without holding it unless he continued to do so for a long time.

It could take 10 years or longer for him to possibly lose control of his bladder.

Losing bowel control would be even harder than losing bladder control but it could happen.
