29 male and starting to wet the bed again

I'm 29 years old and male and I used to wet the bed when until I was fifteen years old now that I'm 29 started to wet the bed again I noticed that when I woke up this morning I had a slight wet spot on my pants.

  is this something I should be concerned about?

I sometimes dream I'm at the toilet and start peeing.

If it's not that then you could have a bladder infection.

I'd speak to a doctor to rule out anything serious.
