To get rid of a stuffy or runny nose try making a saline solution and use a neti pot or something else such as "Suction Bulb" to get the saline solution into your nose to rinse it out.
To clear a stuffy nose you can also take a steamy shower or just sit in the bathroom with the shower steaming and the steam will usually help to open up your stuffed nose.
Applying a warm compress over your nose and using a humidifier to add moisture to the air can also help clear up a runny nose and get rid of a stuffy nose.
