You can still wear eyeliner with eyelash extensions but don't wear the water proof or oil based eyeliner with your eyelash extension as it can dissolve the bonding agent used for the eyelash extensions and shorten the lifespan of the eyelash extensions.
As long as the eyeliner or mascara is not oil based or waterproof then you should be fine using it with the eyelash extensions.
