There's nothing wrong with drinking milk when you have a cold and the only thing the milk will do when you have a cold is make your phlegm thicker than it normally would be but it will not make you produce more phlegm when you have a cold or do any harm drinking milk when you have a cold.

Milk is okay to drink when you have a cold and the milk is healthy for you so drink up.
