The best stump killer is Ferti-lome RTU Brush and Stump Killer.

Other good stump killers are Solimo Epsom Salt and BioAdvanced Brush Killer Plus Stump Remover.

Drilling holes in a stump will make it rot faster by allowing water and nutrients to get trapped into the stump wood which makes it rot faster.

To burn a stump with diesel you should dig a hole around the entire perimeter of the stump and then clear any combustible debris away.

You can also build up a rock wall around the stump to help contain the fire.

Then pour some diesel fuel onto the stump and then light a fire on top of the stump with some kindling.

The diesel should burn the stump out over several days.

Motor oil will rot a tree stump as long as you pour the old used motor oil all over the tree stump and eventually the tree stump will die out and start rotting within 6 months to 12 months.

Painting a tree stump will stop it from growing but you must paint the tree stump with some herbicide which includes 9% Triclopyr or 20% Glyphosate.

If you paint the tree stump quickly within 10 minutes then the tree will die and no new sprouts will be able to emerge.

However painting a tree stump with regular paint won't typically kill off a tree stump unless you paint it a lot and then it will take several years for the tree stump to die and rot.

When using Epsom salt to rot a tree stump it takes the tree stump around 6 to 12 months to rot with Epsom Salt.

A tree stump will take around seven years to rot naturally without any Epsom salt or chemicals.

The Epsom Salt contains magnesium and sulfur which helps to decay plants and tree stumps when used in large quantities.

To rot a tree stump fast you can apply some tree stump rotting chemicals or apply some Epsom Salt into some drilled holes.

The chemicals for tree stumps will rot the tree stump much faster than Epsom Salt or other household methods.

To rot a tree stump naturally you can pour vinegar into holes of the tree stump or Epsom salt and water.

Applying chemicals to the the tree stump through holes will speed up the decay process of the trees stumps and make them rot and break down more quickly.

Vinegar will rot a tree stump if you apply it to the tree stump long enough.

Vinegar will rot a tree stump and you can also use rock salt as a natural way to rot a tree stump as well.

To rot a tree stump or tree with vinegar select a warm, dry day and fill a spray bottle with undiluted white vinegar.

Spray vinegar to thoroughly coat the leaves of shoots growing back from the tree roots and stump.

This destroys the leafy top growth that is supplying the roots with food and eventually kills the remaining tree roots.

You can also drill holes in the tree stump and pour undiluted vinegar into the holes and over the tree stump.

Epsom salt will also work to kill tree stumps.

You can put some potassium nitrate on a tree stump to make it rot.

The potassium nitrate stimulates wood decomposition and kills it completely.

You can get rid of tree stumps naturally by drilling holes into the tree stumps and filling the holes with Epsom Salt and water to the top of the tree stump which allows the salt to penetrate.

Then apply a tarp or garbage back to the top of the tree stump and fungal infections of the tree stump will kill off the tree stump over time.

To get rid of a tree stump without grinding it you can apply chemicals in holes that are drilled into the tree stump.

You can apply some copper sulfate to the tree stump through the holes which will help get rid of the tree stump.

You can also use Bonide, Stump Stop and Spectracid to get rid of and kill off a tree stump.

After stump grinding the roots will naturally become part of the soil by dying and decaying.

After stump grinding the tree roots are also often severed using shears to ensure no regrowth of the tree roots.

To keep tree roots from growing under your house you should cut the roots and dam them up with root barriers to prevent future growth.

Cut down trees that are near your house and remove the root system of the trees as well and install root barriers before the roots of the tree reach the concrete or house.

Tree roots can and usually do spread around 1.5 times the length of the tree.

If the tree is 10 foot tall then the tree roots can spread as far as 15 feet or sometimes longer.

Tree root systems extend on average around 2 to 3 times the dripline of the tree.

With tree roots above ground you can dig around the tree roots and then use a saw such as a chainsaw to cut the tree roots and then pull them up out of the ground.

You can also use copper sulfate or boiling water to kill off the tree roots above ground.

However digging the tree roots out above ground is the best.

You don't need to remove all tree roots unless the tree roots are causing a problem.

Once you cut a tree down the tree roots will eventually die.

Copper Sulfate which is sold in the form of blue crystals will dissolve tree roots.

You can pour some copper sulfate down your drain to dissolve tree roots without damaging the drain line.

You can kill tree roots quickly by drilling holes into the roots and then pour some boiling hot water over them.

You can also pour Copper sulfate into the tree roots and Epsom Salt.

Or drive copper nails into the tree roots to help kill the tree roots.

You can kill tree stumps and tree roots by driving copper nails into the tree stump and also drilling holes in the tree stump and pouring some used motor oil or copper sulfate or Epsom salt into the tree stump which will also kill the tree stump and tree roots.

Copper nails do kill tree roots by preventing the tree from being able to circulate nutrients and water.

When you drive a copper nail into the trunk of the tree it interferes with the tree's vascular system that is responsible for carrying water and nutrients throughout the tree.

Without those waters and nutrients the tree and tree roots will eventually die.

Epsom salt and copper sulfate will kill tree roots naturally.

To get rid of tree roots under concrete you'll need to remove the concrete that is over the tree roots.

Then dig out the tree roots and cut the tree roots out.

Then replace the concrete with new concrete.

You can also apply some copper sulfate to the tree roots to help kill the tree roots or use Epsom salt.

To get rid of tree roots in your yard you should dig a hole all the way around the tree roots until the tree roots are exposed completely.

Then use a pruning saw or chainsaw to cut out the roots.

Carefully then pull the roots up and away from the tree until it comes out of the ground.

You can also use Epsom salt to kill tree roots.

Epsom salt and rock salt will do an effective job in killing tree stumps and roots.

You can also make a foaming solution of hot water, vinegar, baking soda, and table salt.

Spray the mix on top of the roots, or flush it down the toilet.

Tree roots usually continue to live and grow for up to a year after the tree is cut down.

After a year of the tree being cut down the tree roots should no longer live and should die out and not continue to grow.
