To give a puppy the full exercise it needs you should take the puppy for a 15 minute walk twice per day.
A 15 minute walk twice per day will give the puppy plenty of exercise that it needs.
Of course if you want too you can walk the puppy 3 times per day if you'd like to and have the time.
The more exercise the better for the puppy and for you as well.
