The sleep position that is best is side sleeping such as on your left or right side as it prevents your airway from collapsing and also reduce snoring.

Side sleeping can also relieve symptoms for those with neck or back pain.

Choose a pillow with a loft, or thickness, that matches the distance between your neck and your shoulder.

The sleeping position that is best for nausea is to sleep on your side and sleep elevated.

It doesn't matter which side you lay on but just make sure to keep yourself elevated while sleeping with nausea.

7up helps with nausea because the 7up helps the stomach with its slight fizz and replenish fluids and glucose lost by vomiting and diarrhea.

Coca Cola is also good for nausea and it also helps to settle your stomach as well.

When you're suffering from nausea then drinking some Coca Cola, 7 Up or other fizzy drinks can help get rid of the nausea.
