Some ways and things you can do to relieve gas are drinking some Bicarbonate of soda or apple cider vinegar.

You can also drink water and massage your stomach to relieve gas instantly.

Yoga poses are also good for relieving gas and even simply moving around and walking.

The side you lay on for gas is your right side because it targets the ascending colon which then pushes the gas to your descending colon.

Then lay on your left side and you push all the gas out.

After that you should lay flat on your back and inhale and bring your right knee to your chest.

Laying on your stomach does help gas although even simply laying down on your back or side can also help gas and relieve bloating and stomach pain and gas.

To get rid of trapped gas Lie on your back and bring your legs straight up to 90 degrees.
Bend both knees and bring your thighs into your abdomen.
Keep your knees and ankles together.
Bring your arms around your legs.
Clasp your hands together or take hold of your elbows.

Walking, exercising and massaging your stomach or belly can also help relieve trapped gas.
