Some things you can do to lose stomach fat include eating healthy low calorie foods such as salads, spinach, broccoli, fruits and other vegetables and also by eating lean sources of protein and low fat dairy products.

Drink non sugary beverages, keep your portion sizes on food in check and do physical activity daily such as walking, jogging, cycling, sit ups etc.

When walking you burn up to 100 calories per mile walked so if you walked 1/2 mile you'd burn 50 calories and when walking 1 mile you would burn off 100 calories.

When walking a mile you burn up to 100 calories per mile walked.

So if you need to burn 1,000 calories then you should walk 10 miles.

If you need to burn 2,000 calories then you would need to walk 20 miles.

A person doing nothing burns up to 1,800 calories.

Every time we do nothing we burn at least 1,800 calories so as long as we don't increase our calorie intake then we can lose weight by doing nothing as well.
