If the dog has worms and they lick their anus and then they lick you in the face then yes you can get worms from the dog licking you in the face through oral contact.
If your dog has worms you should never let them lick you or anyone in the face and in fact you really should not allow a dog to lick you in the face at all since most people will not like your dog doing that and it can be really gross.
You can also catch other viruses and things from a dog licking you in the face. So although the dog means well and is just showing love you should not allow the dog to lick you in the face at all.
