When you pee immediately after drinking water it could be that you have an overactive bladder or your body's hormones are not releasing properly to help your kidneys function correctly.

Some people just naturally pee sooner than others after drinking water but you should have your kidneys checked to be safe.

Also plain water has a tendency to slip right through the human digestive system when not accompanied by food or nutrients.

This is especially true when people drink large volumes of water on an empty stomach.

“There's no virtue to that kind of consumption.

The amount of times you should pee a day is around 6 to 7 times over a 24 hour time period.

However the amount of times you pee a day also varies depending on how much fluid you consume and whether or not you're sweating.

Even only peeing 4 to 10 times a day can be healthy.

Having clear pee is good although even pale yellow or deep amber color is also good color for pee.

Normal healthy pee should be a pale yellow to deep amber color or even sometimes clear in color.

The most optimal color for your urine is a pale yellow.

If your pee is a darker yellow or orange, it can mean you are becoming dehydrated.

An orange urine or pee color could indicate a serious liver condition.

Darker brown pee or urine can be caused by foods or medication.

Normal urine color ranges from pale yellow to deep amber which is the result of a pigment called urochrome and how diluted or concentrated the urine is.

Pigments and other compounds in certain foods and medications can change your urine color.

Beets, berries and fava beans are among the foods most likely to affect the color.

Cloudy or milky urine is a sign of a urinary tract infection, which may also cause a bad smell.

Milky urine may also be caused by bacteria, crystals, fat, white or red blood cells, or mucus in the urine.

If your urine is without visible urochrome or yellow pigment, it's considered colorless urine, appearing “clear” to you.

This colorless urine is sometimes due to drinking an excess of water, while other times it can signal a problem with the kidneys.
