The symptoms of untreated Lyme disease include a fever, chills, headache, fatigue, muscle and joint aches, and swollen lymph nodes may occur in the absence of rash.
    
Erythema migrans which occurs in approximately 70 to 80 percent of infected people with Lyme disease.

Other symptoms of Lyme disease include.

Neck stiffness and headache.
Rashes that appear on parts of the body other than the original.
Pain and severe swelling in your joints.
Facial palsy which is a drooping and/or paralysis of parts of the face.
Inflammation and swelling of the brain and spine (aseptic meningitis)

Lyme disease does sometimes go away and most often Lyme disease goes away within a few weeks to a few months.

Some people may need medical treatment to help the Lyme disease go away.

Getting Lyme disease treatment within the early stages usually leads to a 100% recovery.

Treatment for Lyme disease in later stages can lead to long-lasting or chronic Lyme disease.
