Coconut oil is very safe to brush your teeth with.
In fact I find that brushing my teeth with coconut oil helps to keep my teeth much whiter and gets my teeth cleaner than brushing my teeth with regular toothpaste.
Coconut oil is also a safe way to brush your dogs teeth as well.
