You can use eye drops with a broken blood vessel as it can help to soothe irritation and heaviness although the eye drops will not repair the burst blood vessel in the eye.

A broken blood vessel in the eye will heal itself within a few weeks or less.

Some ways to treat a broken blood vessel in your eye  is to use some artificial tears or eye drops to help with the irritation.
