How long before a dog can go out after injections?

For puppies they need to have vaccines done 2 to 4 weeks apart.

You should get the puppy first vaccinated when it's at least 8 weeks old.

Then usually after 2 weeks you give the second injection and then full protection injections should start 10 days after the second injection.

You can then safely take your dog outside after the second vaccine when the puppy is usually 14 to 16 weeks of age.
