What works best for me when I have a runny nose is to make a salt water rinse that I rinse my runny nose with.
A salt water rinse is a great home remedy for getting rid of a runny nose fast.
Mix one cup of filtered clean water with a teaspoon of sea salt and then pour a few drops of the salt water in your nose. A Neti pot works great for this.
Your runny nose should stop overnight using the salt water rinse.
You can also use some over the counter saline nasal spray or saline drops three to four times per day to stop the runny nose.
