7 to 10 days does most often mean denial of the credit card application or loan application.

If you apply for a credit card online you should get approval instantly but if you're denied you will usually get a message about 7 to 10 days and then you should get a letter in the mail detailing why you were denied.

For most credit cards there's no minimum salary or minimum income.

However if you have an income of $1,000.00 or more per month then you have a higher chance of getting approved for a credit card.

You can have as many credit cards as you want or can get approved for.

There's no limit to the amount of credit cards that one can have although having too many credit cards that are not being used could hurt your credit.

It's best to have only 2 to 3 credit cards at most unless you can for sure pay all those credit cards off.

Applying for a credit card won't hurt your credit unless you apply for more than one credit card too soon.

If you apply for a credit card a hard inquiry will be put on your credit report that can lower your credit score temporarily.

And applying for too many credit cards too soon puts a lot of hard inquiries on your credit report and lowers your credit score.
