Professionals clean toilets the same way that everyone else does at home.

Professionals use mostly the same household toilet bowl cleaners or bleach, disinfectant wipes, rubber gloves, non scratch scrub sponges, microfiber cloths or paper towels.

Professional cleaners also use a handheld scrub brush and or a pumice stone to clean toilets.

The reason you should put baking soda in your toilet tank is because the baking soda helps keep your toilet tank as well as toilet bowl clean and free of mineral deposits, mold and bacteria.

You can get rid of mineral deposits, bacteria and mold in your toilet bowl and toilet tank by adding some baking soda and vinegar in your toilet tank once or twice per year.

You can get rid of the black stuff or black mold in your toilet bowl by using some bleach or vinegar and baking soda or other toilet bowl cleaner.

Vinegar does remove toilet bowl rings.

You can pour some vinegar onto the toilet bowl rings and allow it to sit for around 10 minutes.

Then scrub the toilet bowl rings to get rid of them.

You can also use some baking soda along with the vinegar to help get rid of the toilet bowl rings easier.

The best homemade toilet bowl cleaner is distilled white vinegar and baking soda.

Pour around 2 cups of white vinegar into the toilet bowl and then pour some baking soda into the toilet bowl and allow it to sit for around 10 minutes.

Next scrub the toilet with a toilet brush and it should get the toilet bowl clean.

To clean a toilet without scrubbing the toilet you can use automatic toilet cleaners, toilet cleaning tablets, add some Pine Sol to the toilet tank, use some denture cleaning tablets to clean the toilet.

You can also clean the toilet overnight with some Coke or use DIY toilet cleaning bombs.

The brown build up in your toilet is lime buildup which occurs from hard water that evaporates and then leaves mineral buildup behind.

As the hard water evaporates it also picks up dirt particles with it and then the lime scale stain slowly builds up.

You can use vinegar and baking soda to clean the limescale buildup from the toilet bowl.

You can put white vinegar and baking soda in your toilet tank to help keep the toilet tank smelling good.

You can also pour a bit of Pine Sol in the toilet tank to make the toilet tank to smell good.

When you pour white vinegar into your toilet tank the vinegar removes calcium deposits and minor lime from the toilet tank and toilet bowl.

The white vinegar in your toilet tank also helps keep your toilet tank and toilet bowl clean and smelling fresh.

You can put a dishwasher tablet in your toilet or toilet tank as they work great at dissolving hard water stains and so the dishwasher tablets are great for cleaning toilets.

You can simply drop a dishwasher tablet into your toilet tank and it will keep hard water stains away and keep your toilet bowl and toilet tank clean.

You can put Pine Sol in the toilet tank to keep the toilet tank clean and help keep the toilet tank and toilet bowl smelling fresh.

You can also use Pine Sol to clean the inside of the toilet tank or even clean the toilet bowl as well.

To get your toilet white again you can use some Coke or some vinegar and baking soda to naturally whiten the toilet bowl.

You can also use bleach to whiten a toilet bowl.

When you pour Coke down the toilet the phosphoric acid in the Coke eats away and dissolves hard water stains and leaves the toilet bowl shiny.

Vinegar and baking soda will whiten a toilet bowl.

To whiten a toilet bowl with vinegar and baking soda sprinkle some baking soda liberally onto the toilet bowl stains.

Next pour some vinegar onto the baking soda and use a toilet brush and scrub the stains to create a paste inside the toilet bowl.

Make sure to get the paste of baking soda all over the stain and toilet bowl.

Then allow the baking soda and vinegar mixture to sit for around 10 minutes.

Then flush the toilet and your toilet bowl should be whitened.

To clean a badly stained toilet pour some bleach into the toilet and scrub it around the toilet bowl.

Then allow the bleach to sit for 10 to 30 minutes and then scrub the stain in the toilet bowl again.

Then flush the toilet and repeat if necessary.

You can also use vinegar and baking soda to clean the badly stained toilet.

Simply pour 2 cups of vinegar directly onto the stains and then sprinkle a cup of baking soda onto the stain and then pour another cup of vinegar over the baking soda.

Allow it to sit for 10 minutes or so and then use a toilet brush to scrub the toilet.

You can put CLR in your toilet tank which will help prevent and remove stains and mineral buildup in the toilet bowl and toilet tank.

The pink on the toilet seat is caused by bacteria in the air that grows with the moisture in the bathroom and around the toilet.

You can use vinegar and baking soda to remove the pink color.

The pink color on the toilet seat is a bacteria called Serratia marcescens that is found naturally in the environment.

To get the yellow off your toilet seat make a paste of equal parts of bicarbonate of soda and distilled white vinegar.

Apply the paste to the toilet seat and allow it to sit for around 30 minutes.

Then scrub the stains and wipe the toilet seat with a cloth that is dipped in some clean and warm water.

You may have to repeat this process a few times depending on how badly yellowed the toilet seat is.

Toilet seats turn yellow due to hard water that splashes upwards onto the underside of the toilet seat and then as the water evaporates it leaves behind limescale also known as mineral deposits.

As that limescale builds up it leads to a yellow tinge that ends up damaging the surface of the toilet seat and causing it to yellow.

To clean a toilet bowl with wd40 spray the WD40 on the inside of the toilet bowl and wait for a few minutes.

Then use a regular toilet brush to brush the stain away.

A Magic Eraser can be used in the toilet bowl to clean the toilet.

You can also keep your toilet clean by placing a Magic Eraser inside your toilet bowl tank.

Bleach does not damage toilet bowls when diluted with water and then flushed away after cleaning.

However you should not ever add bleach to the toilet water tank as that could corrode things in the toilet and damage the rubber seals.

But scrubbing your toilet bowl with some bleach is perfectly fine and will not harm or damage your toilet bowl.

To get rid of brown limescale in your toilet simply use some baking soda and vinegar.

Add 1 to 2 cups of vinegar to your toilet bowl and then added some baking soda to the toilet bowl.

Swish the mixture together around the toilet bowl with your toilet brush for a couple of minutes and then allow it to sit for around 15 minutes.

Then scrub the stains away with a brush or pumice stone and the brown limescale should be gone.

To get rid of the red ring in your toilet bowl simply pour ΒΌ cup of Borax evenly into your toilet, followed by 1 cup of vinegar.

Then simply allow the mixture to sit for approximately 25 minutes and then scrub it away with a toilet brush.

The red ring should then be gone.

A jet wash known as the shiffter or steam cleaning a toilet bowl is more hygienic than a toilet brush.

Steam cleaning or using a jet wash for the toilet cleans the toilet bowl without leaving germs around like a toilet brush would.

However a silicone toilet brush is more hygienic than a normal toilet brush.

A toilet bowl should be cleaned at least once a week.

It's a good idea to give your toilet bowl a good scrubbing at least once per week to keep it clean and prevent the spread of bacteria.

Public toilet bowls should ideally be cleaned and scrubbed daily.

You can clean toilets using vinegar and baking soda which is a natural toilet cleaner.

You can sprinkle some baking soda into the toilet bowl and add some vinegar and allow it to sit and fizz for around 30 minutes.

Then take a toilet brush and scrub the toilet clean.

The best natural toilet cleaner is to use some vinegar and baking soda which naturally and effectively cleans the toilet and also neutralizes odors.

You can put baking soda and vinegar in your toilet bowl and or the toilet tank to help keep the toilet clean and fresh and neutralize odors.

Sprinkling some baking soda in the toilet bowl and leaving it overnight can help reduce odors, remove stains, prevent stains and help keep the toilet bowl cleaner and smelling clean.

Baking soda can also be added safely to the toilet tank to keep the toilet tank clean and smelling fresh.

You can leave baking soda in your toilet bowl overnight and even add some vinegar and allow the baking soda and vinegar to clean the toilet bowl.

You can make a good homemade toilet bowl cleaner by mixing some baking soda with white citric acid and essential oils and store it in a glass jar.

Then measure out some of the powdered mixture plus some white vinegar into the toilet bowl and allow it to fizz and then after around 10 minutes or so take a toilet brush and scrub the toilet clean.

You can also use baking soda and white vinegar alone to help clean the toilet bowl.

You can put a dishwasher tablet in the toilet bowl at night and allow it to dissolve in the toilet bowl water.

Then the next morning give the water in the toilet bowl a good scrub around the bowl using the toilet brush to reach any stains and then flush the toilet.

You can also use Mr. Clean in the toilet bowl or even some vinegar an baking soda.

You can put a small amount of Mr. Clean in a toilet tank to keep the toilet tank and toilet bowl clean but too much of the Mr. Clean could damage the flapper and other internal parts and seal of the toilet tank.

Clorox bleach tablets also eventually damage the internal parts of the toilet such as the toilet fill valve, toilet flapper and seals over time.

So while the Clorox Bleach tablets can help keep your toilet tank and toilet bowl clean they can lead to premature failure of the toilet components which will require replacing sooner.

Putting Clorox or other products containing bleach in a toilet tank is not OK.

The use of Clorox or other bleach containing cleaning products when used in a toilet tank can corrode the internal parts of the toilet tank and can even deteriorate the toilet flapper, seals and the toilet fill valve.

Putting Clorox or bleach in the toilet bowl is okay to clean the toilet bowl but it should not be put into the toilet tank.

To clean the toilet tank you can use some white vinegar diluted with some water which is safer on the toilet parts.

Even the use of in tank toilet bowl cleaners can cause problems with the toilet flappers, seals and toilet fill valve over time.

To keep a toilet tank clean over time without damaging the internal parts of the toilet, add a cup or two of white distilled vinegar once a month to the toilet tank at night topping it off to about an inch from the top rim, then flushing it in the morning.

Vinegar is even safe for use in toilets on a septic system.

Vinegar is safe and milder than caustic cleaners designed for the toilet, and those commercial cleaning agents can eat away the good bacteria in your septic system.

To safely and inexpensively clean your toilet bowls, pour a generous amount of vinegar, followed by a heavy sprinkling of baking soda, into the bowl.
