Hi, I have a wedding coming up in a few weeks and I think that's why I started having anxiety before going to sleep. I think it's too bad because I want to look like a cheerful and really upbeat girl at the wedding I really like my fiancé and I want to marry him, but for some reason I'm very anxious before the wedding. Can you please give me some advice to help me calm down and sleep soundly now? Thank you in advance. I want to tell you that you will save my wedding if you give good advice.

Having dreams and being very anxious before the wedding are very normal.

It's normal for you to feel nervous and have dreams about your wedding and nothing is wrong with either.

Getting married is a big life milestone and a huge commitment.

Throughout the day you might find yourself getting overwhelmed; take a few seconds to breathe deeply, and you will find yourself feeling better immediately.

Some things you can do to calm your nerves before a wedding include.

Get regular exercise.
Get a good night's rest.
Don't forget to eat.
Make it small.
Change tradition.
Make the most of practice ceremonies.
Breathe.
Practice mindfulness meditation.

I think it depends a lot on upbringing. Women and girls often cry and worry before the wedding where traditions are strong. I could show this by the example of communication with russian girls for marriage - https://uadates.com/us-russian-brides.html I am in a targeted search for a wife now, so I respond to communication where there is my type. Russian beauties perfectly fit the stereotypes of a patriarchal family. I'm even glad that such an acquaintance does not take much time as before. Everything is available thanks to the Internet and dating sites.
