If your eyes are watering and you're not allergic to anything then it's likely that your eyes are watering due to blocked tear ducts or due to an infection in the eyes.
If your tear ducts are blocked you can unblock the tear ducts by placing a warm wet towel over your eyes several times per day.
You could also apply some eye drops to the eyes. If that doesn't help you might need to get some prescription eye drops or see your doctor to see if you may be allergic to something that is causing your eyes to water.
