Eye floaters are usually just more annoying than harmful.
Eye floaters are pretty common and are caused by a Vitreous gel like substance that fills the eye which then begins to shrink down and then becomes stringy and casts a shadow onto your eyes retina.
Most times an eye floater can go away on it's own without treatment but if the eye floater really starts to impair your vision then you might need to have eye surgery done to remove the eye floater.
