Apple cider vinegar is a great way of getting your dogs ears cleaned.
Just take some apple cider vinegar and dilute it with some water and then put the apple cider vinegar onto a cotton ball and then clean your dogs ears with the cotton balls soaked with apple cider vinegar.
Then take a cotton swab and swab the rest of the dirt out of the dogs ears.
