Hello to all. I have always found American Express customer service to be nothing short of excellent. You can reach a representative on american express phone number within minutes and they are always very friendly and efficient. Contacting them is always easy and fast also via the mobile app and my problems are solved very quickly. In my opinion, other companies should take customer service as a model.
