The youngest father was a 9 year old boy who become a father in 1910 who got an 8 year old girl pregnant in China.

In the USA a 10 year old became a father and there are also 2 11 year olds who became fathers.

Men can have kids at any age although the best age that a man has the best chance at getting a woman pregnant is between the ages of 18 to 22 and age 25 and before 35 years of age.

However there have been several men that were 40 and above who got a woman pregnant easily and had a healthy baby.

Antibodies that attack sperm.
Varicocele which is swelling of the veins that drain the testicle.

The age that men are most fertile is between the ages of 22 to 25 years of age.

It's best to have children before age 35 which is when most woman and men are the most fertile although you can still get pregnant after those years.

A single drop of sperm can cause pregnancy if that sperm reaches the egg and fertilizes the egg.

You can get pregnant if you put sperm inside your vagina and the sperm gets far enough into your vagina.

Some people artificially inseminate at home by using a turkey baster or artificial insemination kt to get pregnant which inserts sperm into the woman's vagina.

Fruit that is good for pregnancy are citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons which are full of vitamin C which helps the baby's bones grow properly and also help with your digestion and also deter any morning sickness during pregnancy.

Fruits that cannot be eaten during pregnancy are grapes, pineapples and Papaya.

However grapes are considered safe during pregnancy as long as you don't eat too many of them.

You can eat grapes while pregnant but you should not eat too many of the grapes as they can cause complications with pregnancy.

Grapes are not good during pregnancy due to the fact that grapes contain resveratrol which is a toxic compound that could cause poisoning or other pregnancy complications.

Drinks you should avoid while pregnant are sugary and diet sodas, caffeine such as coffee, alcohol, unpasteurized juices, unpasteurized milk.

Foods that should not be eaten during your first trimester of pregnancy include raw or undercooked seafood and meat.

You should also avoid eating Unpasteurized cheeses or other shellfish during your first trimester of pregnancy.

During pregnancy you should also avoid.

Soft Cheese. Soft cheese is made from unpasteurized milk and contains bacteria that can cause food poisoning.

Packaged and Processed Foods.
Seafood.
Papayas.
Pineapples.
Raw/Undercooked Eggs and Meats.
Caffeine.
