Sometimes changing formula can cause a baby to develop diaper rash because when the baby is drinking new formula the babies stool changes consistency which can result in red splotchy rashes on your babies bottom.
Some babies get the diaper rash from change of formula and some don't. It depends on how sensitive the babies skin is.
